At Electric Scooters Ireland, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electric scooter back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
